The ORCAN ePack Hybrid is based on the ORC process (Organic Rankine Cycle), a thermodynamic cycle that recovers CO2-free electricity from waste heat directly on site, e.g. in industry, transport or biogas plants. The system can be integrated into existing plants within a very short time.

The challenge in the design was to combine the large areas for the integrated condensers with the compact size of the system. Installation and maintenance are simplified by a reduced structure that allows access to all internal components within a few minutes.
